Shipping:
MyQuickmart strives to ship all orders within 24 business hours (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Orders are shipped with free shipping to the continental United States via either first class mail, priority mail, or Fedex smartpost (depending on the size and weight of package and shipping distance). To ensure your package will arrive within a specific time frame, please purchase one of our expedited shipping options. Tracking information for your order is forwarded to your email address upon shipment.
Easy Returns
All returns MUST be authorized by MyQuickmart. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. If a product arrives as defective or damaged in transit, please contact MyQuickmart within 10 days of shipment. Products must be new and unused, in the same condition that you received them in and with their original packaging. Products arriving in unacceptable condition may be charged a damage and re-stocking fee. Products should be sent back using the trackable shipping method and emailed label provided by MyQuickmart. If an item is returned for a reason other than defective, wrong item shipped, damaged or expired, return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund at our discretion. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and credited to your method of payment within 5 business days. Please contact us with any questions
