Elegant Designer Glowing Tahitian Black Pearl and Diamond 18K White Gold Ring
The ring centers a tahitian black whole pearl that has been tension set at the center of this glimmering solid 18K white gold ring pave set with glittering diamonds on either side.
The tension setting on either side allows the pearl stay whole with out having a drill in it. The black pearl is 10mm in diameter. It is grey with semi purple and yellowish undertones. It is soft and glowing. It has some very superficial surface scratches, which would be easy to polish- please see pictures.
The diamonds total approximately .54 carats. There are 9 brilliant cut diamonds on either side , weighing approximately .03 carats each. The approximately color and clarity is E or F VS2 or better!
The ring is marked on the inside 750 and d' . d' is in a stylized font. It is most definitely a designer stamp, but I am unable to locate or identify the designer. Any knowledge would be appreciate!
The metal is 6mm all the way around. It is not a tapered shank.
It is difficult to gauge the exact size of the ring, as it is an unusal shape due to the pearl and its method of having been set.
The inner diameters is 21mm and 18mm. This means that is approximately a size 10. I'm sorry but it is the type of ring that is difficult to gauge the size. 21mm means a size 10.5-11
It has a nice heavyweight at 15 grams.
