Elite Saddle Company has been designing and selling equestrian products for over 7 years.

Our head designer Annie Lloyd, has over 30 year’s equestrian experience. She is an experienced rider in - stock, show, dressage and eventing.  Annie brings extensive knowledge having trained with Miguel Travora , Jill Rolton, Anna Savage and John Chatteron to name a few. Horse breeding and breaking add to Annie's equestrian background.

There are several options to choose from. Use either your Paypal account including credit cards, Internet Bank Transfer, Money Order or Bank Cheque. (All payments must be cleared prior to dispatch of goods.)

As we want to get your New Saddle to you as quickly and as safely as possible, we use Australia Post e-parcel. If you're not there when the driver turns up, he'll leave details in your letter box and deliver it to your closest Post Office.
 

You will receive an email with your individual Tracking Number once your item has been posted, so please allow a few days if transferring or posting payment.

 

Please read all the Terms & Conditions before purchasing.
Once payment is received, we will ship within 24 hours, usually quicker, unless it is a weekend, in which case we will ship first thing Monday. Please make sure you eBay address is correct, as this is the address I will be posting too.

I offer a 14 days return policy for my items. If you discover that the item does not fit or is not what you wanted you are welcome to return it for a refund. Please check the list of requirements below:
 

• We must me notified within 14 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. The item must then be returned within 14 day following this notification.
• The item must be returned in original unused condition. 
• The item must be securely packages and posted back via registered post with a tracking number for security.
• Postage is the buyers responsibility for all returns including damaged goods.
• If the item has sustained damage in transit or is not returned as noted above a revised refund amount may apply.
• Buyers must agree to these policy's before returning their item.
