Kid's Brand New Belt is a Youth for both Small and X-Small. 

Belt adjusts up to 30 inches and stretches up to 33 inches. 
Belt will also adjust down to 18 inches and is 1 1/4 inch wide. 
Belt comes with a Leather or Durable Syntex Tab.
X-small belts can fit ages 4 to 8 for T-Ball too. 

Small Tube Socks are TCK Youth Small 6-8 fits shoes sizes 6-12 over all length being 21"
X-Small T-Ball Tube Socks are TCK Youth X-Small 4-6 fits shoes sizes 12-4 over all length being 18".
