If there is a problem with either the goods that we supply or our delivery please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback as this is potentially very damaging to future trade. eBay view both negative and neutral feedback in a negative way and any poor feedback can be extremely bad for a small business , so the opportunity to rectify any issues you have, however big or small, would be greatly appreciated before it reaches this stage.
When leaving feedback on eBay, please remember that the postage/delivery charge also covers for packaging materials, labels and time spent packing the item and is clearly stated.
On most items we add very little over and above the actual postage costs except were items are expensive and susceptible to damage and require extra packaging materials etc.
We dispatch all items ordered and paid for before 12.00 noon, the same day, except of course Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays when items are dispatched the following working day.
Most items are dispatched via Royal Mail and sent from our premises as above BUT we cannot guarantee delivery as that is out of our hands.
