SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Items bought over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday. In the UK the postage and packaging is free via our standard Royal Mail 48 service. Upgrades for faster postal services are available with combine postage for more than one item, please see postage options in the listing for more details and prices. We offer combined postage for our international delivery, please see the postage options in the listing for details. These discounts will be automatically applied by the eBay invoicing system. All items must be paid for together, on the same invoice, to benefit from combined delivery and packaging discount.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Paypal only. You can use your credit or debit card through Paypal even if you do not have an account. Please do not send cheques or postal orders as these can not be accepted

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase and that’s why we offer a 30-day, hassle-free return period with the exception of products which have been personalised.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 working days of receipt. The cost of returning the item to us is your liability, and we cannot refund return items lost in the post. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded or tracked delivery service.

Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty or the wrong item has been shipped.

Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked, and for the return to be processed.

Jukoprint complies fully with the Distance Selling Regulations act of 2000 for all products excluding Items that have been personalised which cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a hassle free and quick exchange service. If you would like to exchange your product for another size (apparel only) or colour simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 working days of receipt with your order number, name and the replacement details size and/or colour. Upon receiving this we will dispatch your replacement out to you free of charge. Please note the cost of returning the item to us is your liability, and we cannot refund return items lost in the post. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded or tracked delivery service.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel your order before your purchase has been shipped it will be cancelled and you will receive a full and immediate refund.
