Note:
1. This docking station can NOT work with Windows 8.1. 
2. Do not attempt to remove the HDD or SSD device while it is active. Please power off the docking station before removing. 
3. It could not be connected via USB3.0 and eSATA at the same time. USB3.0 connection is the priority when both cables are connected. 
4. for Mountain Lion (10.8) users: If you are experiencing formatting problem, please note that this is unrelated to the performance of the dock. You may try reformatting your disk to the FAT32 format on another operation system.
