If you’re able to submit payment before 3pm GMT, your parcel will be dispatched that very same dayWe offer a number of different services provided by the Royal Mail, all of which are insured services and can be fully tracked, thus providing the knowledge and comfort that you’ll always be covered should any problems with the delivery of your parcel arise

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Delivery

• A signature will be required upon receipt.
  
• A tracking number is available on customer’s request for all parcels
  
• If you are not able to take receipt of the parcel, the Royal Mail will leave a calling card explaining how to re-arrange delivery or collection.
  
• There will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays.
  
• If you are not able to take receipt of the parcel, and it’s not collected or redelivery rearranged within seven calendar days, the item will be returned to us and you will be required to re-pay the postage costs.
  Special Delivery™ Next Day
• Available Monday-Friday (Saturday delivery is an additional £2).
  
• Order must be completed by 3pm to ensure next day delivery.
  
• Guaranteed delivery before 1pm.
  
• Any next day delivery orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays), unless an upgrade to Saturday delivery is made.

EUROPEAN / REST OF THE WORLD - DELIVERY OPTIONS
The cost of delivery varies according to the weight of your parcel. Shipping can be calculated by selecting your country from the drop-down menu in the ‘postage and packaging’ section of each item listing. Whenever possible we always combine postage.

We use the Royal Mail Airsure (fastest, tracked and secure) service for the following countries

• European Union Zones*
  Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia ,Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain and Sweden
• 
  Non European Union Zones
  Andorra, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco and Switzerland
• Rest of the World
  Australia , Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA

For the  countries not included in the previous list we Use ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR

We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details about why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

Returns

I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM
If your not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We can exchange the item for a different size/colour (new stock only) on receipt, or issue store credit/full refunds (excluding original delivery charge) if preferred.
