Helpful hints for stylus / needle replacement:

If you would like assistance to find a replacement stylus, please send a message using the “Contact Seller” link.

Knowing the brand and model of the turntable is helpful, but it’s not enough information on it’s own, as in some cases different cartridges / styli were fitted to the same model at different times. Additionally, in many cases, the cartridge may have been changed at some stage. The new stylus needs to match the cartridge that you actually have!!

So please let me know:

·      The brand and model of your turntable or record player

·      Any identifying letters or numbers on your cartridge, and your old stylus

·      Please send a few clear photos showing both the cartridge, and your old stylus (if you have it) using the ‘Add Photos’ link in the message area. Take the photos outside, or in good natural light, where possible.

If you would like assistance to find a replacement turntable belt, please send a message using the “Contact Seller” link.

Please let me know:

·      The brand and model of your turntable or record player.

·      Both measurements as indicated in the photo above. Please be as accurate as possible.

·      Please also advise the width of your old belt, if you are able. This isn’t essential but can be helpful to know.

WHAT IF MY ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE?

If your item does not arrive within the time periods described above, please let me know and I will invesigate. If it can’t be found within a reasonable period I will send a replacement or a refund.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please send clear photos of the damage and I will send a replacement.
