Delivery Information
Our wiper blades are despatched every working day, orders placed before 3pm will usually be posted the same day.

Returns Information

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the contract within 60 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense, this does include any item that is refused on delivery or returned to us as non-delivered. Please contact us before returning any items, we can usually resolve any issues without returning goods.
Non-delivered items sent by courier will have £3.65 deducted from the cost of the item as this is the charge we incur from our courier for a returned non-deliverable item.
Most of our items are listed inclusive of P&P charges, if an item is returned to us for any other reason that item not as described then we reserve the right to deduct our P&P cost from the item price to a maximum of £4.95 or the price of the P&P paid if not FREE P&P.
