Installing KIQ Foam Cases

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Please make sure that your tablet is clean and free from dirt, dust, or residue.
  2. If available, reemove plastic insert inside the eva foam case (usually a black plastic)
  3. insert your device inside the the foam case
  4. make sure that you use a little bit of strength and push your device inside the case. The case should wrap around the tablet.
Processing and shipping your order
  • CONFIRMED ORDERS: We will not be able to make ANY changes in the order once the order has been completed.
  • ADDRESS VERIFY: All ship-to address must be current and verified with USPS. It must have a physical mailbox.
  • STANDARD HANDLING: All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours.
  • FAST PROCESSING: Most Orders Paid by 12 PM (PST) and your order may ship the same day.
  • FREE SHIPPING: For all USA ship-to destinations in the 48 US contiguous states. (Except GU, AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO/AE)
  • COMBINE SHIPPING: All shipping rates / discount is per item. all items must be added to your cart and check out at the same time for the discount to apply. .
  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited shipping is offered and must be selected under shipping.
  • STANDARD SHIPPING SPEED: 48 contiguous states will be 2-5 business days. 4-7 for AK/HI/PR
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SPEED: is 14-28 days. Unfortunately, there is no tracking number available for shipments outside USA.
  • IMPORT DUTIES/TARIFFS/TAXES MAY APPLY: Please check with your country customs for more details.
  • ALL shipments does not include handling time, weekend, and holidays in transit times.

Returns / Exchange
