Festuca
cinerea is a perennial cereal plant. Narrow decorative leaves form a lush bush,
30-40 cm high, from a greenish-gray to a silvery-blue color.
Cultivate
seeding the seeds in the open ground for seedlings, when the soil warms up. To
a permanent place is transplanted in August-September. The plant prefers sunny
areas and drained soils, but it feels well even on dry and poor lands.
It is
widely used in carpet flower gardens, rock gardens and rockeries.
