2.If your sim card transfer you to Customer Service, please hang up right away or they will activate for you. DO NOT contact carrier’s customer service or visit their website to activate, sim card will be $0 value if you do so.
3.WAIT for SMS or Email after you submit your activation/port-in request, it takes 15min – 24hr. do not use it before you receive any of them.
