 2.  Buyers are required to follow the payment instruction on the checkout page. If buyers fail to follow instructions, we are not liable for any unidentified payment and delay of delivery. 

 3.  We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal.

 4.  Payment usually takes 24 hours to process and your items will be dispatched after your payment has been cleared.

 1.  At present, we only ship to Australia.

 2.  Items will be dispatched within 24 hours after payment is cleared.

 3.  Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment.

 4.  Any changes of address after checkout should be informed us before we send the item.

 5.  Items will only be delivered during the business hours (9am to 6pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

 

Returns

 1.  Return must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return.

 2.  If items show symptoms of operation failure, defective or broken (aka "DOA", Dead on Arrival Products), please do not hesitate to contact us via email with a full detailed description of the issue.

 3.  We reserve the rights to provide buyers a replacement, parts, or a full or partial refund.

 4.  Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyer when the returned item is received. We will not refund if such cases occur.

Naturally, we cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged whilst installation is carried out including, but not limited to, folded (crimped) flex cables, scratches, heat damage, glue residue, chips or cracks.
