PBW Cleaner (powdered brewery wash) is safe to use on glass, plastic, or metal fermenting vessels and is gentle on your hands and skin. Allow soaking overnight for more stubborn stains. Use 1 to 3 ounces per gallon for circulation cleaning, and 3/4 to 2 oz per gallon for general use/cleaning. Use 6 to 8 ounces per gallon of water for more stubborn carbon stains. Heat around 130 degrees Fahrenheit and soak for 4 hours, or use cold water and soak overnight. PBW is supplied from bulk and will be repackaged. Try to use resealable mylar bags for orders of 8 oz. or more, but packaging can change at anytime.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If item was ordered wrong due to customer neglect/unwanted item, there will be a 20% restocking fee. No refunds/store credit will be given for sealed chemical/additives that have been opened. All return shipping will be paid by buyer. Refund for returned item will be minus all Paypal and Ebay fees incurred from original purchase. I will always do my best to honor a refund and come to an agreement.

If item arrived damaged/broken/manufacturer defect, only cost to customer will be return shipping. In some cases the return shipping will be covered with no cost to customer. Depending on the size and type of claim. Will need sufficient pictures to justify/confirm damage/defect. Will need invoice number in addition to any other pertinent information needed to correctly process the return.

Chemical and Brew Additive orders of 1lb or more will usually be shipped in RESEALABLE MYLAR BAGS. Heat sealed Mylar bags are water proof and resealable, which makes storing your purchase even better, and easier! Smaller orders will be repackaged in smaller resealable bags. We try to always use quality packaging but this can change at our discretion.

We always ship for the lowest cost option. By lowest cost option we refer to the carrier, as well as the packaging. Sometimes to be able to ship for lowest cost, we will construct our own packaging. If there is a certain carrier you would like to use or a certain way you would like it
packaged, just ask! Will gladly ship expedited as well! Just request an invoice and notate what you would like. Any other shipping questions just ask!
