FTWL Motorsport turbo set for BMW
M52TU or M54 engine (also M50/M52)
We would like to offer complete turbo set for any M52TU or M54 engine. This kit is a result of many years of FTWL Motorsport experience. Our turbo set consist of high quality parts that are selected for high performance way of use. Tested in many drift/drag turbo projects in the Europe. This is stage 1 turbo set - maximally simplified, all the most important parts fit plug and play. You only have to weld downpipe, intake system (turbo-cooler-throttle body connection) and connect Ecumaster DET3 piggyback to engine’s wirning loom (~8 wires). We offer full tech. support via. FB and start map for your engine. Professional installation and engine tuning on dyno is necessary!
This set allows to achieve up to 450 hp/600 Nm in conjunction with good condition M54B30 engine – need more?

- You can use it with following engines: M52TU (double VANOS) and M54 in E30, E36, E38, E39 or E46 chassis
- A/C compressor must be deleted! If you want to keep A/C system let us know before buy - some changes must be done to the exhaust manifold and WG valve
- This turbo set also fits to M50B20 or M50B25 - price is the same
- Estimated dispatch time may last up to three business days
- Welding skills of stainless steel (MIG/TIG) are required
- M50 (Siemens engine management unit) and M52B25 single vanos engine need standalone management unit - let us know before you buy. Price will be a little bit higher because we add to the set Ecumaster EMU instead DET3
