Large root
crops, juicy, white, weakly fleshy, perfectly preserved! Medium-ripening
variety for long winter storage. Vegetation period is 90-100 days. Roots are
large, black, weighing 250-500 g, flat-rounded. The pulp is white, dense,
juicy, slightly flaky. For summer consumption radish is sown in early spring, for
winter storage - in the first ten days of July. Used in home cooking for
cooking salads, side dishes, vegetable snacks, as well as for the prevention of
colds.
