Shipping

- Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, much less to most areas.

-Your item will not be shipped until payment had been received in full.

- Due to occupational health and safety, pick up is NOT available at our warehouse.

Due to high shipping costs to REMOTE areas a freight surcharge may apply.
If you are in a REMOTE area you will receive an invoice for the surcharge and your item will be sent after this is paid. 
Should you not pay the remote area freight surcharge it will be taken that you wish to cancel your order and your payment refunded.
Due to exorbitant Australia Post policies, deliveries to Post Offices, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and RMB's may also incur an additional freight charge.

Please note: Northern Territory and the some regional/remote areas of Australia may incur an additional charge for shipping.

Payment

- If you have received a defective item, or an item that is different from what you ordered, you need to notify us within 3 days of the date that you received it.

- Our return policy will not be applicable if you simply changed your mind, these returns will be posted at your expense.
