3. For the other countries, item will be shipped from Hong Kong, delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may take up to 20 days. If you don't receive the item after 25 days, please contact us, we'll investigate and solve the delivery problem.
4. INSURED POSTAGE
If you would like to spend 10% of the total cost for insurance, anything lost/broken during shipping will be covered. Otherwise, if any accidents take place, such as losing a parcel due to moving homes, the customer is ultimately responsible for the loss of the parcel. We are not responsible for any uninsured items that are lost/damaged in the post.
Please be advised that all our parcels which are sent out do not include a receiver signature, but they can be traced on-line on the carrier's system. This means the parcels will be dropped off at your front door if nobody is at home. If you do need to receive the parcel in person and leave a signature to the carrier, please pay an extra fee of $3.5 to us for the signature service charged by the shipping company.

If you would like the parcel to be shipped to another address instead of the default address verified by eBay, please notify us via eBay once you decide to purchase from us. We are not responsible for any extra costs of re-delivering caused by a late notice in change of shipping address after you make a payment. Our 14 Days Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact us within 14 days upon the arrival of your parcel for a return or an exchange via eBay messages. Make sure you get our written approval first. After 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse your application for any refunds or exchanges.
Please see the following policies for different scenarios:
Item defect: Please send clear photos of the product you received and explain why it is defective. Once you get our approval, we will reship you the product without any defects. In some cases, we can also issue you a full refund. You will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Part missing: Notify us at your earliest convenience within 14 days upon the arrival of your parcel. Please provide clear photos of the parcel you received, including a picture of the outside packaging, the shipping label, and the contents thereof. Once you get our approval, we will ship out the missing item immediately. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs.
Do not like the product: If the product itself has no problems but you personally do not like it, we will accept a refund and return; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost both ways. We will provide you an address to return the product to. This means that we will issue you a refund, less the shipping cost both ways.
Error Ordering: If you misplaced an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. If we did not ship your product yet, we will be able to issue you a full refund. If you contacted us after the 12-hour timeframe and the item has already been shipped out, you will have to wait until the product arrives at its destination and you will have to ship it back to us. In this case, make sure the package is unopened and send us a photo of your unopened parcel. You will be issued a refund, less the shipping cost both ways.
