Orders ship within 3 - 5 business days upon receiving cleared payment. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays. No same day shipping is offered.
Once your package ships I have no control over how long it will take the Post Office to deliver your package. Your estimated delivery time is only an estimate by Ebay using their proprietary method which is based on proximity to the item location, shipping service selected and other factors. I have no control over Ebays estimate system, they add that to the listing not me. Delivery times can and will vary, especially during peak periods and acts by Mother Nature.
I will ship your package using Ebays' shipping service. Once I print your shipping label, Ebay, not me, marks your order as "shipped". I still need to take the package to the Post Office so they can "accept it" and provide you with an ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE, this is only an estimate your actual delivery date may not be the same as their estimate.
About shipping charges.
Shipping includes the actual price of postage, tracking, envelope, fees associated with online selling, packing supplies, tape, ink, etc... Shipping also includes a small handling fee, my time to process orders plus driving to Post Office.
I do not make anything on shipping, only covering my costs. If you do not agree with the Shipping and Handling charges then please do not purchase from me.
Returns:
If you must return an item, please contact me first. Items can only be returned in the same condition they were received. No broken, opened, altered, damaged items will be accepted. There is a 20% re-stocking fee applied to all returns.
