National Cycling Proficiency Pennant 

Very nice and clean condition rare survivor. A single sided, yellow and white screenprinting on a cyan blue pennant.

Stitched down the left-hand side so it can be threaded down an ‘aerial' you would've had attached on your bike in the 1970s.

Approximate measurements: 135 mm high by 186 mm from back to tip.
