Returns:

  • If you have received the item in a damaged condition, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of package.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a RMA issued by Simply Copper. Any items returned without a prior RMA issued will not be accepted.
  • All returned items must be in new condition, never having been installed, and in its original packaging.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Restocking fee is waived on exchanges but buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and exchange shipping charges.
