Up for sale here is this used Telefunken 12AX7 vacuum tube.  This has long grey smooth plates and a halo getter, and has really nice lettering.

I tested it on my B&K 747B tube tester, and it tested at 75/80, with no shorts or grid emission, on a scale of 0-120, where 65 is minimum good and most 12AX7s test in the 50-75 range.  This is guaranteed to work well for you.  Please see my pictures for details.
