RETURNS:  Here are return instructions. They apply unless otherwise stated. Due to the long shipping times and cost of international shipping, orders outside the USA & Canada are not returnable. All products purchased may be returned within 30 days of shipping for a refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.   YOU MUST e-mail me through e-Bay before sending anything back.  All items must be unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. The items must be re-pack as they were received. If in bubble or plastic wrap, the wrap must be sealed as received. Returning a product that is not in resalable condition and/or without a Return Merchandise Authorization shall risks forfeiture of product. Please do not return items if it has been damaged in shipping. Email me with photos of the damaged item and photos of the box. I am not responsible for shipping charges for a returned damaged item. Most of the items that I sell are insured and a claim will be filed. Some items cannot be returned and we reserve the right to deny any return for any reason. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to show up on your account.  If you would like to return an item, please contact us. I will respond with instructions on how to proceed with your return. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me before leaving feedback.
