Pair of Chinese Carved Jade Birds

• Large and expressive spinach jade / nephrite birds on rocks with wood bases
• Birds measure just over 13" tall and approx. 7" from tail to beak
• These old carved birds are reflective and show colors ranging from pale to dark green
• Hand carved stone with extensive details
• Do not pass on this opportunity to acquire a rare matching pare of beautifully carved jade statues
• Condition: These birds are in very good antique condition. Note, however, that they do show some minor signs of damage including small areas of loss to the ends of the beaks and the talons. One talon has broken off previously and has been repaired. They display beautifully regardless of these imperfections.
