• The Item will be post within 5 to 7 working days from our source overseas. Reason we required 5-7 working days as we may have to do small adjust to your item according to your body measurements received. Customized items can take 10 working days to complete.           
• It will take another 5 to 7 working days to be delivered via courier. But please allow up to 10 working days for delivery in case of postal delays or custom clearance. Please note we will use paypal confirm address for delivery. Delivery address cannot be change once order confirmed.           
• Please contact us before purchase if you need something urgent and we will inform you if it is possible.         
• Postage is done through DHL/FEDEX or any other Courier and tracking no will be provided which can be tracked online.

Return:               

• All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days after the buyer receiving the item. Item must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.   
• We will never pay for the return postage and buyer should return it at their expense. A refund will be made minus any postage costs or an exchange will be offered.
