    Shipping:

     

    Due to security reasons we will only ship to your EBay address, please confirm your eBay address is correct. Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch or deliver your order to your alternative address. We suggest you to update your address details on eBay prior to placing your order. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered are not in our full refund or replacement policy.

     

    We despatch all orders same day or the following working day. Weekend orders are sent Monday morning. It usually take 1-3 working days for items to arrive within UK but allow up to 5 working days as we have no control over the delivery service.

    If your item is damage or faulty, please let us know straight away, we will arrange exchange or refund. If for any reason you changed your mind about the product and would like to return it please let us know via email. We offer 100% refund to customers who wish to return their item without deducting any postage costs or any restocking fees incurred.

    2.      Item is unused and packaging is intact;
