Handcrafted items: Please appreciate that most items are made by people, not machines. Small variations in size and shape are possible. Colours in photos will vary with monitor settings and light levels. Although I do my uttermost to double check quantities numbers can be a little less or more as they are counted by people. Should you find that you are short please contact me for a replacement/refund. Any extras please just keep with my compliments. I am always here to answer your questions to ensure you are choosing the right item for your project!

Postage costs & invoices: One P&P/shipping cost valid for all countries! £2.50 for the first item, £0.25 for each additional item. Ebay will automatically calculate the correct combined postage costs for you. If you are buying more than 5 items please request a combined invoice via the "request total" button or by email before sending payment & I'll review the total P&P costs depending on size & weight. Please allow up to 24hrs, thank you for your patience! Express postage (3-5 working days) is available starting at 25.00 GBP. This service is provided by EMS Thailand Post, please contact me if you would like to consider this option.

Payment: Please pay your invoice using instant PayPal payment. If you choose to pay by e-cheque I will send out your package once your e-cheque has cleared. Please refer to your PayPal account for expected clearing times.

Posting & Delivery: I aim to dispatch within 3 working days (excluding shop holidays as advertised on the top of this listing and the shop home page) of receiving your cleared payment. I use standard international letter or small parcel airmail which is very reliable. Airmail usually takes about 2 weeks to reach most places but can on occasion take up to 1 month. Please allow plenty of time especially during peak periods. Ebay will automatically send you a dispatch note once your item is on the way. Please appreciate that I cannot be responsible or influence delivery times or the performance of the post office.
