Details:
1. You are purchasing one pair of panties.
2. I inspect all panties twice for defects. Which means I OPEN ALL PANTY BAGS.
3. All Panties are Brand New (These panties not seconds or store defects). Panties will either have a store price tag (price may be removed from tag) OR be in a clear shipping bag (no price tag) - unless otherwise noted. Sometimes the clear VS bags can be in rough shape or too large for panty. If this is a concern for you - please email me before purchase and I can clarify for you.
4. You will NOT be receiving the exact pair in the pictures because I have several pairs of each. So location of designs can vary. If panties are tie dyed expect each pair to be different. I use the same picture for all sizes.
5. Please understand item may be wrinkled when received.
6. My home is smoke free. I keep a very clean home. I store all ebay items in totes until sold. I can't guarantee you won't ever get a stray pet hair (I have a cat & a Yorkie) or a little lint but I try really hard to keep my items extremely clean.
7. I ship Monday thru Friday ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS. I ship the following day of purchase (not same day) - NO EXCEPTIONS.
8. I ship the cheapest way possible via USPS which is usually first class. If you want upgraded shipping or a different shipping company you MUST pay extra for it - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email me before purchase for a quote - I will not negotiate after purchase is made.
9. All returns MUST be returned in the same condition as it was sold and delivered to you. If it came with a clear VS bag or with tags it MUST be returned in the same way. The clear plastic VS bag is considered packaging and needs to be returned in untorn condition with panty. Refunds will NOT be given if clear VS bag is torn or tags are detached. Please return in the same manner as I shipped to you (meaning if I tissue wrapped the item and put in a box - you do the same). Ebay Policy for returns is also followed:

10. I will NOT negotiate prices, shipping, or services after a purchase has been made. All requests and negotiations must be made prior to agreement to purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS
11. I will NOT ship to an address that is different from the one given by Ebay. So make sure your address is correct before checking out. NO EXCEPTIONS.
12. I ship in the United States and through the Global Shipping Program only.
13. Payment is required within three days of end of auction or buy it now. I will file for non-payment on day three unless other arrangements have been made. Please contact me if you need a few extra days.

15. I offer combined shipping discounts on all items that are paid for altogether in one invoice. Combined shipping discount is automatically given when paid altogether in one invoice. Please see shipping table for rates. Please note: If you pay for items seperately - I will NOT give a refund and combine shipping. I will NOT refund your payments so you can combine and repay. I have had too many problems with the Ebay system not working correctly so I no longer refund or manually combine. So please be careful to get it right the first time. Make sure your total with shipping is correct before hitting final payment. NO EXCEPTIONS
How to get combined shipping:
Simply add all the items you want to buy to your cart. Yes you can add items from different listings but must be from same seller. Once you are done shopping - go to your cart and check out. Make sure to double check that your total with shipping & mailing address is correct before hitting the final payment button. If shopping on a mobile device you may need to scroll down the page half way to find your "add to cart" button. For reasons I don't understand Ebay sometimes likes to hide them.
