A beautiful Hofner 197,built in 2004 for Hofner but never adopted.

This example is immaculate and has had the original (bland)pickups replaced with DeArmand,Gold foil,copies from America.

The Tuners are smooth running Grovers.

Sounds great and would grace any Stage or living room,something a little different from the usual "Run of the Mill" Guitars.

The finish is superb,Orangy/Red Sunburst to Black with a lovely low action a joy to play.
