This is a Waterman 55 woodgrain fountain pen in fairly good condition with only some minor signs of wear such as surface scratches and marks but no major flaw. The color is good with very little fading. There is minimal brassing of the gold plated trim. The imprint is light but visible on the barrel and the number 55 is clear on the end of the barrel. The nib is a 14K #5 Ideal nib that writes a Fine to Medium line with nice flex to 1.6 mm. The pen measures 5-1/2" capped, 5-5/16" uncapped and 7" posted. The pen has a working lever box and a fresh functioning sac and is ready to write with your favorite ink.
