Postage details

All orders placed Mon-Fri before 3:00pm will be dispatched the same  working day subject to stock and payment clearance. Orders placed  Mon-Fri after 3:00pm, and any orders placed over the weekends or bank  holidays, will be dispatched the next working day subject to stock and  payment clearance.

2nd Class Standard  -  3-5 Working days
Special Delivery    -  Next working day before 1pm

If you have selected one of our standard postage options, either 1st or  2nd Class, your item will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Class.  Whilst every effort will be made by Royal Mail to ensure that your item will  arrive within the specified time, sometimes delays are inevitable and  are out of our hands.  Unfortunately we will not be able to supply any  tracking information for items sent via standard class, and cannot be  held responsible for items delayed in the post.

Lost items:-  

An item is classed as lost in the post after 12 working days from  dispatch.  We will re-issue any items that are classed as lost in the  post, on completion of a Non Delivery Form.  If you do not receive your  item within this time frame please contact our support team on the  details below and we will be happy to help.

Returns

Our 14 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or the product received; you can return the item back to us in its original condition, providing we have been informed of the return within the first 14 days of purchase.  

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items back to us, also note any refund provided will be minus handling fees, up to 35% of the total cost.

When returning an unwanted product(s) back to us; please send a copy of the order with a brief note highlighting the reason for return. Please note all unwanted good must be sent back to us via Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Faulty Item (s)
In the unlikely event that you receive an item(s) which proves to be faulty we are happy to help, providing your claim is within the first 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note: Any faulty claims made by customers after 14 days will not be eligible for a replacement, thereafter customers are required to contact the manufacturer directly, as all our products are under 12 months manufacturer warranty.

When returning a faulty product(s) back to us; please send a copy of the order with a brief note highlighting the fault. Once the product(s) has been returned back to us, we will issue a replacement and re-imburse any extra carriage costs incurred.

Incorrect Item Sent
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible via email and we will endeavor to send you the correct item ASAP and re-imburse any extra costs.
