Translation: "To the 11th Five-Year Plan, new labor accomplishments".  

     Five-Year Plans were economic plans with specific goals developed by the central government. They were lofty in nature, but broke down​ and were inefficient when passed down the Soviet chain of command. The poster, a form of propaganda, is promoting success of labor in the execution of the 11th Five-Year Plan. 

Large original poster that was posted in a subway station. Acquired in 1982 from a student from the USSR. In good shape. The overall dimensions of this poster is 75 inches X 38 inches.
