Item may be returned within 14 days from purchase date if not functioning for an exchange. Store credit will be issued if an item is not available. Handling and possessing time is 1 Business days, Return authorization required. Please send us a message to obtain the return authorization otherwise return will be rejected. If an item must be returned, we strongly suggest the buyer insure the return package for the full value. Buyer is responsible for any damage that may occur during a return shipment. Item must be returned in original condition, (hardware, software & accessories), to qualify for an exchange or full refund. This includes the item also being scratch free on the front and the back.All Return items are subject to 20% Charge.Do not Restore the iPhone. Nor responsible for non compatible Apps. Exchange will be shipped when we receive the item and determine it is in it's original condition.
