Runs lovely for 8 days at a time (timekeeping accurate to within 5 minutes over the course of a week) timekeeping will vary depending upon on how level it's standing and the room temperature, timekeeping is easy to adjust by raising or lowering the pendulum

Movement by Fritz Marti (the 1900 in the makers mark refers to an award he was given in 1900) Movement number 593, in excelent condition with bell working perfectly on the hour and half hour.

(user guide: The pendulum and bell will be in a separate packet within the parcel you receive. Once you have the clock where you want it you will need to hang the pendulum and screw on the bell, turn the screw that holds the bell until the edge of the bell is 1mm away from the hammer. Turn the minute hand clockwise to set the correct time (pausing each time at the 6 and 12 position to allow the chime to run) On the dial the left winder is for the chimes and the right winder is for the clock, wind each for 2.5 complete turns and set the pendulum going either by gently nudging the clock sideways or gently moving the penulum with a cotton bud. The clock should never be moved around too much when its pendulum is on)

For the buyer I will also include a vintage winding key that fits this clock perfectly.

This clock weighs 10kg and will be well packed for its safe journey.
