It is in my opinion and taste, that this is the only 24 inch ride cymbal that I have been satisfied with, as it has clarity in the stick, but not pinky or harsh, but CLEAR.  Other 24s I have used are usually just too DARK and far out or just too heavy and brash.  This one is Medium but on the lighter end of it, hence it has the clarity of medium, but still has the 24 inch warmth and roundness!  I must say again, BEST 24 ride I have owned and I have tried many from 24 artisan to 24 Bash to 24 King to various custom shops.  It has been used but honestly in my studio and I wish I could keep her, but too many bills, so someone is going to get a great deal on an AWESOME 24 inch medium HHX Custom Shop Ride!!
