I received a question about expensive shipping. I've tried to place it here, but that didn't work. So in addition: shipping from NL to USA has to be by Postnl and costs me EU 24,30 which would be USD 28.5. So I'm already paying a (small) part of the shipping. I've enclosed two printscreens, one from Postnl about the rates and one to show the difference in USD and EU. Thanks!
