Up for sale is a pair of Brand New in the Box (new old stock) UTC A-25 transformers that has never been used or soldered to or hooked up. They are only tested with the LCR impedance meter and an oscilloscope to ensure they works 100% perfect.

There is no OPEN or SHORT turns on these transformers and test results indicate they are matched pairs.

Both transformers are gray potted case but they are made by UTC in different batches. So, one transformer has a little darker grey color than the other which has a lighter grey color. But they are electrically and functionally the SAME!

These are ideal transformers for the single ended line stage preamp using 26/01 tubes from Kennedy (google Kennedy 26 if you are not sure what I mean).

Primary has 15000ohm impedance and it can take up to 8mA DC bias.

Secondary has 500 (600), 333, 250, 200, 125, 50 ohms impedance for the Line Output use.

Of course, they were made here in the Good Old U.S.A!

Each transformer are in the original box but the boxes looks a little different as seen in the pictures.

They will be packed well double boxed for shipping. 

Reason for selling is that I bought more UTC Transformers and I ever have time to build my dream tube amps. I am selling what I don't need.
