Buyers can make payments through PayPal and Electronic Funds Transfer.

Buyers are required to make payments following the instructions on the checkout page.  Otherwise, the seller is not liable for any unidentified payment and delay of delivery.

Payment usually takes 24~48 hours to process.

Purchased items will be shipped after payment has been cleared.

Our prices are 10% GST inclusive. Tax invoice is available upon request.

Full payment of the order is required to be made within 7 days after winning the bid, unless otherwise mutually agreed, to avoid item being re-listed and non-payment strike from eBay.

All prices for items and shipping costs are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Please use your eBay user ID as the reference to avoid delays in identifying your payment.

Same day shipment if all payments cleared by 1 PM Mon-Fri otherwise will be shipped within next business day. Delivery usually takes approximately 2-10 business days. Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment. Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid.

IBASE TRADING is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers.

Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to IBASE TRADING due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9 am to 5 PM) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Items will only be dispatched after payment is cleared.

If your Item has been dispatched, you will receive an Email from us.

NOTE: After you have paid for your item, we will send your item according to your PayPal registered posting address, and your PayPal registered contact number for delivery. If different address or contact number, please Email IMMEDIATELY.

To avoid any delays, please ensure that your eBay registered address is correct (No PO boxes), and includes a phone number, so that courier can phone you on once the item arrived at the depot.

For heavy package, you may need at least 2 people to help unload.

Free Pick-up from our warehouse in Brisbane is also welcome.

This product comes with a 12 months warranty, which covers all parts and labour except for the vinyl cover.

Warranty does not replace parts that are expendable or considered as normal wear consumable: specifically the vinyl travel cover.

This warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid.  We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries. We will then return the repaired item to you with return shipping charges prepaid. Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent.

Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned

This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product.

Warranty is non-transferrable and is valid to the original purchaser only

All sales are final unless items are found to be damaged or defective.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) items must be reported within 7 days from delivered date. A replacement item will be issued. Return must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return.

Buyers must strictly follow our return procedure when returning a faulty item.

IBASE TRADING reserves the rights to provide buyers a replacement, parts, or a full.

Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyer when the returned item is received. There will NOT be refund if such cases occur.

Postage and Handling may not be refundable if full refund is required. Refund will only be processed via PayPal or Bank Transfer, depending on the payment method being used previously.

Buyers are recommended to leave feedbacks on the items they receive.

IBASE TRADING will leave a positive feedback to the buyers on the same day when we receive positive feedbacks from buyers.

If buyers are not satisfied with their purchase, please contact us BEFORE leaving negative feedback. IBASE TRADING will try to compromise and reach a satisfying agreement.
