There are minor scratches and scuffs on the equipment, however no major flaws/signs of damage. With this set you will receive the Solo unit, headphones, microphone, USB cable, microphone cable and the retail box (box is NOT in the best shape). THERE IS A CODE FOR SOFTWARE, HOWEVER I AM UNSURE IF THE CODE HAS BEEN USED OR NOT (PLEASE ASSUME THAT THE CODE FOR THE SOFTWARE HAS BEEN USED).
