Here's a beautiful classic Philips CD-80 cd player. This stunning example was born in December of 1989 in Belgium with a serial number of #71719813. There is no remote.... but after a slight "warm-up" period it works flawlessly. Initially the sound crackles .... but really after a few minutes of being turned on, it works great with no skipping or anything like that. Not sure why .... but that's the way it is. I've just turned it on and left it on for a few minutes before I play the CD. Cosmetically it's a sweet example as shown! It has a superb Phillips TDA1541A single crown Q Selection chip. It will be properly packed for shipping. I do not have the original transport screws but have substitutes that do the job very well. One of, if not the best cd player in its day!
