Condition Descriptions:
Factory Refurbished Grade: Certified Factory Technicians have upgraded this device to "Like New" condition. No cosmetic blemishes.
A Grade: Cosmetics are in excellent condition and show very light use. No significant scratching on screen or housing.
B Grade: Cosmetics are in good condition and show moderate usage. Minor scratching is permitted, but do not allow more than two screen scratches you can feel or are longer than a quarter inch.
C Grade: Cosmetics are in average to poor condition and show heavy usage. Screen and housing will have scratches and housing will have nicks/dents.
Ghost Image Grade: The screen shows a faint "Ghost" image. The image does not affect functionality of the device and does not interfere with normal usage (meaning it is not prevalent enough to dominate the screen). The cosmetics of the device will be "B" or "C" grade (see descriptions above).
