Returns & Refunds:
If there is a fault with the item please contact us immediately and we will rectify the issue.
If you wish to return the item(s) due to unsuitability or you have changed your mind, please contact us via email within 5 days of receipt and a collection will be arranged - you will be charged for the return. Items returned must be in their original packaging and in a perfect and resaleable condition. You will then be refunded minus the collection charge within 30 days. Items returned to us not in a perfect and resaleable condition will not be refunded and you will be asked to collect form our warehouse.
Product Damage: You must note any packaging or product damage clearly on the delivery note as we cannot accept liability for any damage reported to us at a later date. Damaged or faulty products will, wherever possible, be replaced. If a replacement isn't available we will issue you a full refund within 30 days. Risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you upon delivery.
