The faux Turquoise bead in the centre is approx 1.7cm x 1.1cm but each bead is unique so may vary per each bracelet as the stones are made to look genuine - one may be rounder,smaller but thicker for example just as you would expect with a natural stone

If an item is damaged in shipment, the customer agrees to go through the insurance process for a refund.
If you do not insure your item/items then you will need to file a complaint/ claim with Australia Post.
