     2. Important Information about Primavera P6 v8.3
        Primavera P6 v8.3 and older versions are not the typical retail "out-of-the-box" software product. P6 PPM consists of inter-dependent computer programs that work together; Microsoft SQL (or Oracle XE) database, .NET Framework, Java and the Primavera P6 software itself.

        When you are working on your projects in P6, the data is saved in the database, and not in the actual P6 PPM software. 

        Since P6 is designed to work in a database driven manner, it means that the installation and the set-up of P6 can get a little complex; no wonder Oracle will not sell you the software without their Mandatory Technical Support (at extra cost), on top of providing you with over 12 Installation / Technical manuals and various documentation. Most companies have an IT department or have an IT expert that can handle the technical aspects of installing P6 and smooth running of the software.              8. Payment, Shipping & Delivery
            1. We accept payment via Paypal, or into our company bank account.
            2. Within 1 Business Day of your payment being cleared, we will contact you with a Request for Further Information (RFI), to ensure full compatibility of the software with your computer system, and License Agreement.
            3. Once we receive your response, we will confirm and dispatch your order within 1 Business Day if payment is credited into our Business Bank Account. If payment is made via Paypal, we may request further information from the buyer to validate their identity.
            4. Shipping of orders is dependent on the timely response to our RFI.
            5. We offer a range of delivery options/services and therefore you should ensure that you select the service most suitable for your needs when placing your order. Request to change orders must be made within 24 hours of your order. 
            6. We dispatch within the time-frame stated in our listing. We are 100% responsible for the "Dispatch Time", however, we have no control over the "Delivery Time".

Once we receive your payment, we will send you an acknowledgement of your payment with a Request for further information to ensure compatibility of this product with your computer system. Your order will be dispatched after we receive your response to our request for further information.

            5. Our software products come with a minimum of 30 Days FREE Technical Support, and no returns/refunds will be entertained unless the Buyer has used our Remote Technical Support Services and allowed our Technical support team to troubleshoot the issue.
