The AD8342 is a high performance, broadband active mixer ideal for demanding receive channel applications requiring wide bandwidth on all ports with low crosstalk and noise figure.
The typical conversion gain of the AD8342 is 3.7 dB and the RF frequency is 238 MHz. The integrated LO driver provides a 50 Ω input impedance at a low LO drive level, helping to minimize external component count.
Differential high impedance wideband RF ports interface easily with active devices and passive filters. The RF input accepts input signals up to 1.6 V pp or 8 dBm (relative to 50 Ω, P1 dB).
