- CONDITION: Items sold in my shop
are brand new with tags, brand new with no tags, brand new with
defects/outlet, or used. Used items are expected to have signs of use,
but very often they are like new/excellent condition. Condition is
stated in a listing, if I missed it, please ask.
- DISCLAIMER: The finish and
quality of items is the manufacturer's responsibility, not mine as a
seller. Please do not blame me or leave negative/neutral feedback if
item quality is not as expected. The color of the items being sold may
vary slightly due to the resolution of computer screen and lighting when
photos were taken (stock photos are often taken in strong indoors light
+ camera flash). I am always happy to provide extra photos in
daylight/natural light.
- PAYMENT: Immediate payment is required to all Buy It
Now listings. If you use Best Offer option or if you bid on auction
payment has to be made within 48h since offer accepted or auction ended.
If you cannot pay within 48h please contact me – I am sure I can help
and we can agree something.
- POSTAGE: I post
within 1-3 working days since payment received. Orders can only be
sent to PayPal registered/verified address as only this way it will
qualify for PayPal protection. Items are posted Hermes Tracked, Hermes
Tracked & Signed, Royal Mail Signed or Royal Mail Special Delivery
by Next Day 1pm. Each listing’s postage is priced by weight, size and
value of the item. Item can be small & light, but very expensive and
postage is much higher in that case. I provide a tracking number for all
transactions, so you can simply click on it and track your item till it
arrives. In rare cases when the item arrives damaged or does not arrive
at all please contact me directly instead opening cases or leaving bad
feedback.
- INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: International postage is available through eBay
Global Shipping Program which means I post item to eBay UK center and they
post item to you. You

do not blame me for high postage cost as all I get is UK rate to post it
domestically, eBay takes rest of the money to post it to you. I
am always happy to check international postage cost myself and give you a
quote how much it will be without GSP. Just email me before purchase.
- COLLECTION: Collection in person is not available. Items
are posted by Hermes or Royal Mail only.
- RETURNS: All Buy It Now items can be returned within
14 days since purchased. All items sold in my shop have tags (original
or mine). To return an item tags must be intact. If tags are removed or
item has been worn return is not possible any more so please do not send
it back as it won’t be accepted. To return an item please go to your
purchased section, choose an item and select reason why returning. All
returns must go through eBay returns section.
- REFUNDS: Refunds will be send into your PayPal account
within 7 days after item has been returned (99% transactions it is the
same or next day)
- PROBLEMS WITH PURCHASE: If in any unlikely event you will have problem
with your purchase - please do not hesitate to contact me for help. There was
not even one customer yet which would end up unhappy with customer service I
provide. I am always there to help and resolve the issue. Please do not leave
negative or neutral feedback or open cases, but contact me first.

- SMOKE AND PET FREE HOME: All items are sent from a smoke and pet free home. However if
item is second hand I can’t guarantee it as I do not know previous
owners. Some second hand items might be washed but most of them will be
not so please bear in mind that you will need to wash item before you
can use it.
- EBAY POLICIES: Any unreasonable demands, misusing protection
programme to claim item not received or not as described, misusing returns by
returning used item or damaged item, using offensive language or requesting
false information on customs forms – WILL BE ASAP REPORTED TO EBAY AND PERSON
BLOCKED FROM ANY FUTURE PURCHASES.
