Coconut based melt and pour soap base, made from natural ingredients and free from any Surfactants or MPG. This melt and pour soap base produces translucent soap bars.

Ingredient List:

Aqua, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Stearate, Sodium Laureth Sulphate, Glycerine, Sucrose, Sodium Cocoate, Sodium Xylene Sulphonate, Stearic acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Tetrasodium etidronate.

Directions for use: Chopping your base up into smaller chunks will aid the melting process. Melt in a microwave at 10- 20 second intervals on a medium setting, stirring gently in between. Be careful not to let the soap boil. You can also melt using a Bain Marie.

 Remove from the heat and allow the soap to cool slightly. Add your fragrance, many soap makers work at 2% for Essential Oils and 3% for Fragrance Oils depending on your oils. A concentrated Fragrance will require less.

 Now you can add your preferred colour, Wonder Colour, Mica, natural powders such as red/white/green clay used sparingly, flowers and herbs will all add natural colour.

 Pour the soap slowly into soap moulds, 100g is adequate for 1 bar of soap, 500g of soap base is enough to make 5-6 standard sized bars depending on the design.

 Leave to cool preferably at room temp to reduce glycerin "sweat" and set for preferably 6 hours then ease them from the moulds. Greaseproof paper lined Pringle tube bases work great as do small tuppaware boxes :)

Your soap base (under 1KG) will come in small bars less than 2cm in depth in a flatish envelope to make posting faster and easier. 

1KG & 2KG will come cubed in bags.

Weights displayed include packaging. I use grey plastic envelopes that weigh between 3g and 10g. 

All soap is untouched in its ingredients and stays in the same state provided by the supplier.
