We only purchase products directly from the brand manufacturers themselves or from official brand-licensed distributors. Therefore, we can guarantee 100% authenticity on every product we list. We sell to many consumers and resellers where authenticity is key to repeat business, which is the life of every business. All items are brand new unless otherwise noted!
Shipping
We only use UPS Surepost now. USPS has caused all sorts of tracking and delivery issues. Changing over to UPS Surepost guarantees much quicker and more reliable delivery. Surepost does cost a little more but it is well worth it for a great experience. Most deliveries take 2-4 days while locations further out can take up to 7 days.

We will do our best to communicate in a timely manner. Furthermore, we do what we can to resolve issues in a very fair manner to you. Please always contact us first for any issues as we can resolve most of them quickly and to your satisfaction.
We do not include any particular product descriptions as much more information can be found directly on the brand's website. Our focus and time is spent on listing new products at competitive prices and servicing orders to get them packed and shipped quickly and efficiently.
Some FAQ's for our store:
- Condition: All items are brand new, unopened and in the original manufacturer's package, unless otherwise stated in the condition box.
- Region: All items are for use in the USA market only. We do not accept international orders. All appliances are for 110V US market.
- Returns: We have a solid 30 day return policy for any reason and prepaid return shipping is included so you do not pay anything out of pocket for any reason.
- Restock Fees: We never charge a restock fee. All refunds are paid 100% in full.
- Fair Use: We do our best to side with the buyer in all instances. However, in cases where there is intentional abuse of policies, we will block those buyers. This ensures that losses are minimized and not passed onto honest buyers.
