Terms and Conditions
Important: International buyers should read the international customs and shipping terms before bidding/buying.
All orders are packed in strong cardboard boxes, surrounded by padding and sealed in bags or plastic wrap. I'm always happy to combine orders to reduce your shipping costs - contact me for an estimate.
All items are shipped directly from Austin, Texas, USA in one to three business days after payment. All prices and terms are firm. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction's close. Texas residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax.
I reserve the right to upgrade the USPS shipping method to a faster or more secure version at no cost to you. For example, I may send a First Class package as Priority Mail or add Signature Confirmation/Registered Mail services.
For International Buyers
Customs and duties: I do not mark merchandise below value or mark items as gifts - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. The value stated on the customs form will be the eBay purchase price. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Combined Shipping: There are strict weight and value limits for international packages. Please contact me before buying to ensure that your combined order will not exceed these limits.
Banned/prohibited items: Please check your country's import regulations to ensure that the item is allowed, as I will not be held responsible for packages returned due to non-compliance.
High-Value Shipments: Items over $2,500 USD will require special export paperwork in order to be shipped from the U.S. This may result in significant delays.
Special note for UK buyers: Import duties for software and game purchases are often very high in the UK. Please contact UK Revenue & Customs before purchasing to determine an accurate Landed Cost.
P.O. Boxes: You will need to provide your phone number for packages being sent to international P.O. Boxes
Returns: I only accept returns from U.S. buyers.
